Poor people are the immediate victims of disaster and climate change, as disasters easily threaten their livelihoods and habitats. While climate change and disasters are realities in Bangladesh, community members should be well-informed about adaptation approaches and strategies to cope with the changing conditions. Most humanitarian assistance projects are devoted to the well-being of the Rohingya people.
